WorldTradeShow.com, Inc. Announces Revenue from Hotels.com.vn in 2004

The gross revenue from the 6 Vietnam hotels was $15,084.00 USD and the total gross commission was $1,649.58 USD reported from Hotels.com.vn for the period of October until end of December 2004.

WTS is beginning to generate recurring revenue from this highly trusted Vietnam travel/tourism website at www.Hotels.com.vn. This is one of a series of WorldTradeShow.com's revenue streams that are being realized as we develop new business in Vietnam . Everyday more Hotels in Vietnam are allocating more rooms for reservations on the Hotels.com.vn website, which then will offer customers the ability to book securely online with us. WTS currently has over 88% of the 3-5 star hotels signed up on the Hotels.com.vn website and the sales staff in Vietnam is continuing to educate and support the hotel operators to allocate more rooms on the site for online reservations. We expect the revenue to continue to grow each quarter as more Hotels use our reservation engine to sell their rooms. Hotels.com.vn is the largest official travel/tourism website for the Country of Vietnam and is approved by the Vietnam National Association of Tourism (VNAT). In 2004, Vietnam generated close to $3 billion in travel/tourism revenue, ranking it the "third fastest growing tourism market in the world."

Hotels.com.vn has over 221 Hotels signed up. Each Hotel has to be trained to put up the reservation engine to receive reservations. The staff in Vietnam is working everyday to educate the Hotel operators the benefit of online reservation. The process is full time and we have approximately 30% of the Hotels uploading rooms for online reservations at this time.

Exponential Growth in the Internet Travel Industry

Forrester Research, an independent technology research company (www.forrester.com) expects 32.1 million US households to purchase online $63.6 billion in leisure travel. Over the past 3.3 years the typical online buyer has been purchasing 60% of their total travel online. This is why travel companies will invest millions of dollars in Web site redesigns in 2005. Some improvements will be in the navigation, merchandising, personalization, functionality and new forms of payment. Within a decade travel bookings will primarily be done online. The travel industry accounts for one third of business-to-consumer e-commerce.

Marketing Hotels.com.vn on Google Search Engine

When anyone searches “Hotels Vietnam” on Google the results come up with Hotels.com.vn on the right side in the number one position as a Sponsored Link .WTS will be marketing further with new alliances and affiliates during the next couple of quarters.

WTS Filing Update:

The company has just hired a new audit firm this week to review the Form 10 draft. The previous audit firm does not review SEC filings anymore. The new firm is contacting the SEC this week to make sure we are up to date with any further rule changes before we re-file. There are new SEC rules that have been put in place as of March 05' All fully reporting companies have to have an outside audit committee, non of these people can own stock in the company but do have to sign off on all the paperwork. We have set-up the committee. We will be asking the SEC for an accelerated review of our filings when they are submitted. We will update all the shareholders late next week.
